Conditions for using the free Laberic web beta.
Who operates the service
Laberic is operated by Gendik Ruslan, an individual. Contact address: 28 Thạch Lam, An Hải, Sơn Trà, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam. Questions and complaints: [email protected]. These terms cover the website; a future native application may have separate terms.
Free beta and preparation allowance
The current web beta has no subscription, checkout or payment obligation on registration. Preparation limits are allocated separately by the administrator and are not money held for you. New accounts receive no AI preparation allowance automatically. Any future paid service will have separate terms presented before a purchase.
Your account
Provide an email address you control, keep your password private and use the account lawfully. Some operations require email verification and an available preparation allowance. Notify us if you believe someone else has gained access.
Uploaded material
Upload only material you have the right to store and submit for the requested processing, including processing by the disclosed providers. Do not upload confidential third-party information, identity documents or sensitive personal information. Uploading a personal book does not automatically publish it in the public catalog.
Translation and audio
Preparing a book can send text to the translation and speech providers described in the data notice. Review the operation and usage estimate before confirming it. Automatically generated text and speech may contain errors. Availability of one language or chapter does not mean that all translations and audio are complete.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, share stolen content, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service or misuse another person’s information. Report suspected infringement or abuse to the contact email, with the relevant page or book reference and an explanation.
Availability and your materials
Beta features and preparation limits may change, and processing may fail or be interrupted. Keep your own copy of source materials. Do not rely on the service as your only archive. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations, and explain the reason where lawful and practicable.
Ending use and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. Removing a book from the library provides a seven-day restoration window and is not a promise of permanent file erasure. Account closure and permanent deletion requests are handled through the contact email.
Mandatory rights and changes
These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they apply where required. The version shown below is the version presented for new registrations.
